WITNESS SIGNING
I am experienced in conducting witness signings for various legal documents, ensuring that the process is carried out with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
DOCUMENT NOTARIZATION
I specialize in document notarization, for loan documents, loan signing, wills, title/bill of sale, mortgages, passport processing, and bank forms etc., ensuring that all documents are accurately notarized in compliance with the law and regulations.
OATH ADMINISTRATION
I am authorized to administer jarats, oaths, acknowledgements, and affirmations, certifying that the statements made by individuals are true and accurate.
TAXES
I provide signature verification services, ensuring that signatures on documents are valid and authentic.
MOBILE NOTARY
I offer mobile notary services, providing the convenience of notarizing documents at a location of your choice, at a time that suits you. Travel fees will be additional charge outside of the notary fee.
OTHER SERVICES
I take depositions and affidavits, proof of deeds and other instruments required by law to be acknowledged. I can legally perform marriage ceremonies; and perform all other acts provided by law.

$10.00 FEE PER PAGE/NOTARIAL ACT.
MOBILE NOTARY TRAVELING IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE, BASED ON TRAVEL MILEAGE. FEES WILL BE AGGREED UPON BOTH PARTIES, BEFORE SERVICES ARE RENDERED.
SERVICES OUTSIDE OF NOTARY SIGNING WILL BE CHARGED AT A DIFFERENT RATE. PRICING MAY VARY.
PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE, IF PAYING IN PERSON. ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. HOWEVER, INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE GIVEN TO MAKE PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE BY APPLE PAY, ZELLE, CASH APP, OR CHIME.
A RECIEPT WILL BE PROVIDED VIA EMAIL OR A RECIEPT CAN BE PRINTED UPON TRANSACTION.
